Customizing forms

    Hi -

I have a form template that I use for all my clients.

However, I need to create a custom form for each client using 3 variables: EventID, Client Name and date of the event.
The value of each variable is different for each client.

My question is, how easy (or possible) is this to do with JotForm?
    1. create a new form for a client with their individual variable values
    2. display those values in the form for the client to see (to make sure they have the right form)
    3. pass those variables in each response to the form so that our back-end system can distinguish which client submitted that response.

    Makes sense?

Thank you for contacting us. I also recommend creating an account first (for FREE). You can sign up using your email account at https://www.jotform.com/signup

    As to your inquiries :

    1. You can easily clone/copy your form to have multiple copies and then customize the copies according to each client needs. User guide : How to Clone an Existing Form from Your Account
    2. There are multiple ways to display the form results for the clients. The most common method is to use Form Tables.
    3. There is also a backend system on your account. And there multiple ways to send the submission data to your backend system.

I hope this help. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
