Product List categories gone

Hi, I was working on the product form and I had it in categories. All of the sudden all the categories were gone and I didn't have a way to organize the products. I had to create another set of categories and then again, gone. I tried to order it in 3 columns and it didn't let me. For a moment showed that it was in 3 columns and then the next second it was in one column again. I worked on this form yesterday and everything was super straightforward. Today is having issues, or maybe I am not in the right place.

I just don't want things to start moving around the next time I open the form to edit. Has been a lot of time involved.

We're truly sorry to hear that. I checked your form and I can see that you've managed to set them back again into 3 columns with the categories. While I'm not sure what causes your changes not to be saved that time I'm glad that it's not happening anymore.

Anyway, you could also try using the revision history to restore your form to its previous version. This might also help. Guide: How to View Form Revision History

I was not able to retrieve them the way I wanted to but I am going to go with what I have now. Weird that it happened.
