Overlimit Account: Why my account is overlimited after deleting submissions?

I have deleted the submissions on my form to make room for more date but it says it is still full?
Could you reset the form please?

I checked on our end, and it looks like your account is over-limited because it has exceeded the limit for Upload Space. Please remove file submissions from your form to free up space and make sure you download them before deleting because it cannot be recovered once deleted.
