Square Integration: How can we take CC information and charge at a later date?

    I am working on a form that links to our Square Point of Sale system that is to be used for capturing customer information online fo our subscription-based clubs,

    We are a distillery located in California and have the ability to ship direct-to-consumer within the state. We have a subscription based "spirits club" where we ship a selection of products of our choosing to people who have signed up for this club. It is similar to a wine club model.

    The form I am trying to create is supposed to capture customer information (including credit card information) that will be used for billing and shipping at a later date. We run two shipments per year, in April and October and need to ability to do 3 things:

    1) Capture customer information and store it in our Square Database for future billing dates


    Understand where this data will live after someone fills out the form


    Embed the form in our Weebly site

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

     Capture customer information and store it in our Square Database for future billing dates

    You can capture your clients' information and store it for later use. You can integrate your form with Square and then enable Payment Authorization. Each submission will then have a "Capture Payment" link that you can use to capture payment any time you prefer.
