Using smart phones to receive & managing submissions on the go could make the information accessible to other android apps in the phone. Have you looked into how our privacy is not controlled by the user of smart phones? It's not the content that is being stored in the phone that is being submitted. It is how it is collected and stored by android apps.
I have not been fortunate to date to get forms submissions from my website. However, I am still working on it. I am interested in getting my visitors involved with interacting on subject matter topics I put on a section of my website and leaving comments. Perhaps your combining submissions app can be of use for me.
Please feel free to drop me a line on my email address. Nsasi

As far as I know, the data submitted to your form and accessed through the mobile apps won't be submitted to Google not unless you sync your phone to your Google Account. Of course, since you have it synced, you allowed google to access your phone data. You can however turn this off from the App or phone settings. Thank you for the concern, we always after of our customer/users privacy.
Aside from the Combine Submission App, you can use our Integrations such as the Google Spreadsheet Integration: Google Spreadsheet Integration. The result is embeddable so you are free to share it to the public to your collaborators.
You can also display your form submission in customized view by using our Submission Viewer App: http://apps.jotform.com/app/submission_view. This requires a little knowledge with HTML, but we can always help you for any issues and/or troubles.
