The account is showing the Overlimit status

    Hello Jotform Team,

    On my free account, I have 100MB available space. I reach the limit with my test, so I delete the answer in the tables, but I'm still reach the limit

    Please advice

    There are submissions in your Trash folder which is still occupying the space:

    Once you empty the Trash then the upload space should be reset.

    Also, go ahead and clear your account's cache:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/229-how-to-clear-your-form-cache

    I cleared the forms cache on your account and it appears to have fixed the issue.

    Kindly check again. Let us know if issue persist.
