Appointment field: Incomplete values error when selecting still available time slot

    Why do I keep on getting this error even when all the required info are filled out? Please help

    Hi there,

    I've cleared your form cache, please try it again. Also if you accept one person per slot then please select the one-on-one option as shown below.


    If the issue persists then please allow us o send test submissions on your form.
