The date picker is not showing up on the Original PDF

    I have noticed that in my jotform I have included a date field and I have duplicated it so my customer does not have to type the same thing over and over.

    I recently noticed that it is not showing up on the PDF when they fill it out and submit to download.


    Can someone please let me know what I am doing incorrectly?

    I've fixed that for you.

    Each of the date picker boxes should be mapped to the appropriate field in the PDF instead of the whole date field. I'm not sure how you manage to do that, but that isn't how the date picker should be mapped.

    Please test again, and let us know if there's still a problem.

    I was not aware that it needed 3 separate slots for the date.

    You're welcome.

    It was originally mapped as a whole. I was able to get the same once, but I could no longer replicate it.
