Our notification email in the form is still hit and miss

    Still hit and miss here on receiving email notifications that someone has used the form. PLEASE HELP. I don't know what to fix.

    Will the paid service act differently?

    I've tested a number of times. One time this morning I received the notification on both ends as it should be. Other tests have not been as successful. Latest at 3:20 pt today.

    Everything seems to be in order in your form. I see no problem with the settings, so technically, this should work. No, free or paid is the same.

    I would suggest doing the following if the issue persists.

    1. Add noreply@jotform.com to your safe sender or contact list.

    2. Check your spam/junk folder and mark all emails from JotForm as not spam.

    3. Set up your whitelist settings, and add our list of IPs and domains. Your hosting provider may be able to help you with this. You can find our list here https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains.

    If none of these works, try adding a custom sender email in the form by SMTP.
