Form is disabled

    Hi. For some reason, a form I made was disabled, probably from your end, as I and a few others outside my network have tested it a few times yesterday and earlier this week, and the form was working fine. The form has been disabled last night (hours ago). The functions (tabs on left side of the form) on my dashboard are not loading/working either. I also couldn't log in through my Google account, which I had been able to do for months without problems. I can provide a few more screenshots if you need it. Would appreciate if you could have a look and fix these issues ASAP. Thank you.

    We would suggest updating the email address in your account, affiliated with the logo to avoid our system suspension.

    Alright. Thanks for letting me know.

    I prefer to use the same email for this JotForm account for organizing and integration purposes. In this case, I will be changing the form header instead.
