Issue accessing resources

    Whenever i try to access resources from our Jotform account storage, I continually receive a "Temporary Back-End Unavailable" error. We have multiple users on utilizing the files here and they are all able to access the files without this error. Please advise.

    Hi Roley,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We had an issue with preparing data and displaying submissions for the HIPAA account. It has been resolved by our developers. Please check and let us know if the problem still persists.
