Hi,
I'm looking to have all of the data that was submitted into a form, show up in a created card in Trello. We have something like 25 questions and want all the answers to show up in one Trello card, how do I do that?

Hello,
As per your request, I have cloned and tested your form. You can integrate Trello into your form. However, this integration designed to show several fields, you are not able to show all 25 questions in one Trello card.
To integrate the Trello;
1- On Form Builder, click on the Settings and Integrations
2- Locate the Trello Integration from the search bar
3- After that, you can customize this integration for your needs
4- You can click on the Complete Integration button to finish the setup
Here you can check the related screencaps below;
Every time when you get a new submission, this integration will create a new Trello card for you.
If you require any further assistance feel free to let us know.

I'm not sure I understand the relevance of the integration if we can't put all of the form data into a card. What am I missing? Thanks.

Hello,
A Trello card can be something that needs to get done, like a blog post to be written or something that needs to be remembered. That's why these cards do not contain much information, they designed to be a reminder.
Since your form has lots of fields, a Trello card could not contain all that data.
If you require any further assistance feel free to let us know.

Hi Tommy!
I'm having the same issue as Greg and Sosvicki.
I understand that it is not designed to show all the questions in our form. However, it would be great if we could at least have the corresponding URL of the responses we obtained shown in the Trello card. In that way, we could directly access our client's response. Is this possible?

This is something that TypeForm offers, and it works very well. Hoping that JotForm will make adjustments to this. It really helps to see all the information in one card.

We apologize for this inconvenience, but currently, custom fields cannot be mapped onto the Trello integration app.
Only these default fields can be mapped:
Let me escalate this as a feature. We will not be able to provide an ETA, but once this feature gets implemented we will let you know via this ticket.
