    I checked the ticket you provided and it seems the issue only occurs on a specific form.

    Now, to check your issue with Zapier, kindly provide us the following so we can test the same from our end and investigate.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue, please try to re-integrate Jotform with Zapier and see if that fixes the issue.

    I tried some of my forms to Zapier and it can pull and find form submissions. Did you actually tried to complete the Zap and made a test submission on your form? Or, are you still in the setup of the Zap and trying to get submissions using the test trigger?

    Also, when you connect your Jotform account with Zapier, make sure both options are set as NO.

    The Zap was set up with NO as shown.

    I've had multiple people fill the form, I've filled the form multiple times over many many days. This is very much live and I have been trying this for many many days - over a week. I've been using ZApier for over 3 years as well, I am very familiar with the platform.

    Now our form in the accounts are gone because of trying to clear the cache.

    What can we do???

    Your forms are in your account, please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if your form will appear after that.

    As for the Zap issue, my zapier connection works with my test forms. Please try removing the Jotform connection from Zapier and reconnect it. This should rebuild your account structure in Zapier integration, it would likely refresh and fix the connection of the two applications.1590258282Zap.jpgIf the issue persists, you can also contact Zapier support, perhaps the issue is on their end.
