This year when people enter their picture it puts a vertical line of letters and this throws off all pages after when I print the form.
I haven't been able to determine what is wrong.
Should I just eliminate the picture section?
Thank You for the help..
Fred

I checked your PDF document and the template looks fine. Can you please tell us where you are printing that?
Looking forward to your response.

I am printing to a HP officejet Pro 8600
Here is a picture number that did print ok (Img 3436jeg)
Last year I did not have this issue.
Is there a way to delete a picture if it makes a vertical line of letters?

Hi,
You can either set the print orientation to landscape or print the submissions on the PDF editor.
To print the submission on landscape mode, kindly adjust the print layout setting orientation.
Another way is to go to your form PDF Editor and print the submission using the PDF template.
Here's the link to the form PDF Editor: https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/61341041945146
I hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

I tried using the PDF Editor and it had some pages on top of each other. No good.
Is there a way to delete the picture when it malfunctions?

Hi Fred,
Yes, you can add, delete and customize form fields inside the PDF editor.

I'm sorry, my question was referring to the application form, The PDF file is double printed on top of each other(that didn't work) and I cannot delete the picture that takes the whole page when the application form is submitted; I think my alternative is to just remove the picture from the application form.

Hi, thank you for getting back to us.
As per checking, it seems that you have deleted the PDF template. Could you please try creating a new PDF template and see if that can help?
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
