Upload file control size limit: Is there anyway to increase this?

Asked by davisdemographics on June 03, 2011 at 11:17 AM

I attached a screenshot. It looks like the upload file control for the form build is limited to 10MB. Is there anyway to increase this? Perhaps a different control or a paid account vs the free account to allow users to upload files larger than 10MB?

Edit: I forgot to mention that I have linked my form with DropBox so I have a 2GB storage limit there.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi,

You can change the maximum file size for file uploads by clicking in the value and then entering your preferred file size (in KBs)

Alternatively, you can also click the Max File Size button and then enter your preferred value in the the textbox. Click Ok to finish then save your form.

Hope you find my answers useful. Let us know if you need more assistance on issues related to Jotform. Thank you.

Thanks Neil! That's easily enough. I didn't even try your first suggestion (clicking and editing the value in the properties) because the grey color of the values made them look like disabled (read-only) controls.

The toolbar button is a nice shortcut too!

    Sorry for the dumb question,
    David
