I'm trying out your service and quickly created a form that asks people to register to an event. The form asks for e-mail address, name, and phone number.
I registered myself using the form to test it. I received the e-mails from jotform, but it only contains the names of the registrant. Not the contact details (no phone number, no e-mail address). Is this because I'm using a trial version?

The reason as to why you may not be receiving all the fields filled in the form is that you may have made changes to the form notification. You'll need to re-create the Form Notification to fix that.
First: Delete the existing notification: How to Delete Notifications/Autoresponder
Second: Create again: Setting Up Email Notification
