submission error

    I am very disappoint regarding JotForm. We have been using Jotform over 2 years now and we are starting to hit issues with our forms. Since October 2020 when our contractors submit the form it now missing information such as dates, files and important information. When we receive an email all the information is on the email but missing from the pdf. Does not matter how many times we update the form it works for so long and then it goes back to missing the information.

    Can you please explain why this happening?

    How can we stop this from happening?
