Attach file button does not work in Safari

This seems to be an actual issue with Mac OS Mojave.- Here is a discussion that I found on apple.com where other users with Mojave reported the same issue. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/252051818

It looks like the apple support solution was to use a different browser.

My colleague have checked on Mac OS Big Sur and it worked.-

I recommend you use a different browser, or try upgrading your OS version. You can also reach out to apple support for help.
