Trouble with log in and applying for HIPAA account

    I am new and I was looking at the COVID 19 deal and couldn't navigate - it kept asking me to log in again and it was an endless loop and now it seems I am locked out for a while.

    So I have 2 questions:

    1. As a Canadian physician, am I eligible for the free HIPAA compliant account, and if so,
    2. How can I navigate this application process without getting locked out?

    Upon checking the account username emacewan, I see that it is already HIPAA Compliant, and it is not currently locked out as well.

    Can you share with us what you are seeing when you attempt to log in?

    Here is how:

    You may also log in using the email address associated with the account instead of the username.

    Please try to use a different browser(Incognito Mode/Private Window) or device to log in.
