    Form Failed with One Submission that did not display Thank You Message or send it to Google Spreadsheets

    Hi

    During the weekend, one of our shops was completing our Rental form (32883009129961). The user got to the end and was prompted to enter a SKU as it had been missed. She entered the SKU but the Thank You page did not appear. This is what we use to print off for the customer and the shop staff. The shop did get an email telling them they had completed the form but a new record has not been created on our Google spreadsheet. The rental number given in the email was 50615.

    Please could you look into what went wrong as we are intending to use this daily - with our 12 shops - but can't use it if it's not reliable.

    Hello Andy, I'm sorry to hear that this had given you a problem over the weekend. So if I am understanding this all correctly then it is the SKU that did not appear on the Thank You Page since the Thank You Page did not appear. And it did not carry over to GoogleSpread either.

    I've inspected your forms and everything seems intact. Did everything work on those okay and transfer over to your Google Spreadsheet after? Also do you happen to know what browser/browser version for this shop that was being used?

    I think that what may have happened here is a combination of your local internet connection and speed along with the server traffic may have been heavier then normal on the day this happened. This could then contribute to a lag in the server which lead to a connection time out and we do apologize about that. One thing I would recommend is to try resetting your home network so that any data that may have bottlenecked would be released. This usually clears things up to keep it all running smooth again. It may also be a good idea to clear your form cache as well to refresh them.
