Hello,
I have cloned a form, and have it linked on another website. The url for the form is: https://form.jotform.com/GaConcrete/2020-aci-awards-program-project-sub (2020 version)
It is a clone of: https://form.jotform.com/93073809080963 (2019 Version)
I have the cloned form (2020) linked properly,,,, yet when I go to access it on the front end- the original form shows instead. Please advise!
Here is the url where I have the form linked on at the bottom of page. I have checked this link several times and have the 2020 version entered, yet 2019 shows up. https://aci-ga.org/Awards_Program (Click here to submit your project at bottom of page).
Thanks,
Emily

I do not have the old form, I have the new form. This is where I am having an issue. I have checked several times to make sure that I have the new form, yet the old form shows.

Hi,
It seems that you have linked the old form(https://form.jotform.com/93073809080963) 2019 version:
You may have to link this form(210065436613953) to show the 2020 version on clicking.
Thanks
