Need address fields on different lines on Zapier

    I spent a lot of time with autocomplete widget by setting it up via the google map API,
    I get the address correctly formated in the form.

    But when the form pastes the data via zappier to my CRM, (that will later paste it to Zoho invoice), it pastes everything in only one line and have also the wrong country...

    I've contacted the CRM support but they say it's related to jotform, cause their zap has the necessary input fields, it's jotform that don't seems to provide the outputs.

    The address field doesn't separate the different parts of the address.

    To send data over the way you would like, you would have to make each field separated by using the Short Text property for instance:

    Well I know this! This is why I create this ticket in the first place.

    When I receive the jotform copy in my inbox the fields are correctly separated so I assume the output it's somehow reflecting the input. They just disappear in the Zap.

    So please fix the Zap to have it sends the different fields.

    Using short text = augmenting bouncing rate, so that's not a solution at all. We are here to simplify the things for the visitor in order to turn him into a potential customer...

    First I get rid of the fancy card form I order to implement the auto complete widget that took me sometime because of the Google api connection needed, now the form is quite ordinary except for this awesome autocomplete feature. If there is no solution to use it correctly I don't need to spend so much on not jotorm monthly, I will have to use a basic free contact form and cancel my monthly subscription.

    So please fix this issue, because it is an issue.

    Hi Nelson,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience.

    Please note that the address field is one single field and it is not possible to read it separately in Zapier integration. I would suggest you please use a separate short text entry field in the form for street 1, street 2, city, state, and zip code, and then you will be able to send the data to separate fields.

    And if I send the data from jotform to a Google spreadsheet (then later to my CRM) while the full address still be on only one line?

    Please note that the address field is a collection of multiple fields, but it is still one single question. When you integrate form with Google Spreadsheet, the address data will be sent to separate columns.

    If you can connect to Google Spreadsheet to read the submission data and send it to your own CRM, the address fields data can be assessed separately as they will be in separate columns of integrated Google Spreadsheet.
