HIPAA: Fillable PDF download button not working

    Hello there,

    Try clearing your browser's cache, or downloading the PDF in incognito or private mode, see if the problem persists.

    If you're still having trouble, it would be helpful if you can provide more detail regarding your concern.

    Were you able to trigger the bug more than once? If yes, how did you trigger it?

    Please share the URL of the form you're working on for us to better assist you. If the form is embedded, please share with us the URL of the page where the form is embedded.
