Out of upload space

Hi,

It says that I am out of upload space for my form. I am currently on the free plan. Can I delete some old submissions to free the space or do. I have to upgrade the plan?

Yes, deleting submissions with the file uploads will free up the file storage space for your account. However, that will not restore your monthly submissions limit.

I see you already did that per your other tickets. I have now reactivated your account. Unfortunately, the reactivation is manual once our system changes your status to Overlimit. You can prevent this by going in and deleting submission as soon as you receive a notice of almost reaching the limit. Our system sends the notice when you're at 90% of the limit.
