    Hello,

I am having trouble encrypting one of my forms. When I try to set up the key for this it asks me for my password. I put the password in and it says wrong password. I set up this account by signing up through google, which should attach it to my email. However, when I log out of jotforms and try to log back in using my actual username and password, it says I have no forms. But when I log in using google, it takes me to my forms that I have made. Very confused by this. Please help.

    Thanks!

Logging in with Google does not create a separate password for your account in our system. You have to initiate a reset password so that you can set a dedicated password.

Doing a reset will still allow you to log in with Google. The reset is only needed so you can enable the encryption.

    Thanks
