Unlimited Plan and Branding

Hi There,

We have been approved for the unlimited plan as a Covid responder - for which we are eternally grateful - so thank you!

I am wondering how I remove the branding from the forms as it appears we would have to upgrade however that seems to be confusing given the unlimited plan we are on - am I missing something??

Hello Adrian,

Your plan is still in the Free subscription with unlimited usage because of the Corona Responder program. But if you would like to remove the branding, you would still need to upgrade to a paid subscription, as this option is only for paid plans.
