Hello,
I rearranged the order of the questions on my online form but the PDF submission still shows the old order. What did i do wrong?
- I moved email address and phone number towards the END of the form and that's how it shows when you complete the online form here https://form.jotform.com/dpoppitt/registration-for-services
but when i received the PDF submission, the email and phone number are still at the TOP of the form...

Hi - You did nothing wrong. Perhaps the PDF editor failed to sync with the online form for some reason.
To fix it, please try re-creating a PDF document. It should capture all the updated fields on your form in their current positioning.

Sorry about that. Are you trying to send a screenshot? Unfortunately, it didn't come through. Please resend it by following this guide.
Meantime, I cleared your form cache. Could you please check again?

dpoppittReplied on February 3, 2021 at 7:00 PMOk I think I got it. I deleted the other forms that were there and then recreated my notifications and now the form looks correct.
