HIPPA Compliance: Why is my account not upgraded to HIPPA Compliance after signing the BBA?

    We signed up for the free coronavirus response program and also signed the Business Agreement for HIPPA COMPLIANCE. We did receive an e-mail with our signed Business Agreement.

    My question is: I dont see any indication that HIPPA compliance is added on our account? It still gives me options to sign up for HIPPA compliance? Do I need to do something to activate the HIPPA Compliance? Is there a phone number I can call to assist me with these questions?

    You need to upgrade to HIPAA compliance through your account data page.

    Is there a phone number I can call to talk with someone? We are under the free version for Covid response which is supposed to include HIPPA compliance. We also did the steps mentioned in the instructions, filled out the Business agreement, etc, but were never taken to any additional steps beyond that. Please advise.
