My form was suspended.

    I am using jotforms to allow my telephone customers (not sitting in front of me) to provide and authorize a credit card purchase. It seems that you supended my form because I am using it to obtain this information. Do you have any suggestions about how I can accomplish my goal of obtaining credit card information and authorization? Please help me here.

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Your form was suspended by our automated phishing detection because your form was collecting Credit Card information. This is a violation of our terms of use. Please check out this following link for more detailed information of our terms of use.

    I reactivated your account on my end, so please remove the fields that are collecting credit card information from users in order to avoid being suspended by our automated phishing detection again.

    If you'd like to collect payments for your business, please try to integrate our Payment Widgets such as Stripe and PayPal in your form. Please check out this link to find out what kind of payment gateway you could integrate to your form.
