I'm wondering if the encryption feature is automatic because I don't see it when I use HIPAA compliance

    Thank you for contacting us. May I confirm that you'd like to encrypt your form submissions? If so, please follow the below steps to make this change.


    1. In your form builder, click "SETTINGS" at the top and click "SHOW MORE OPTIONS" in FORM SETTINGS tab.

    2. Please find "Encrypt Form Data" and toggle to enable this.

    Hello,


    For the Jotform account that is already HIPPA compliant, all Jotform HIPAA Compliant forms data are encrypted during the transferring data from end to end as well as at stored location. As your forms are already encrypted, you do not see "Encrypt Form Data" field in "SETTINGS".
