Google Drive getting blank PDF documents

    I have set up Google Drive integration to drop completed applications into my Google Drive. They have been coming over as completely blank documents without any of the applicants information. What is going on? Please advise how to fix.

    Hello @antonyseppi

    It seems that your PDF template is mostly blank (there are some fields from the fifth page on), that's why Google Drive is getting blank PDF reports.

    Thank you. I still need help. @Eduardo_H

    I took out the blank PDF pages and I still get blank PDFs that are sent over to Google Drive. You sure this doesn't have something to do with the fact that I was on the FREE plan and you shut me down because I exceeded my form views. I have since upgraded to Bronze plan, but I am still getting blanks.

    Still sending blank PDF forms through the Google Drive integration.

    I tried the Drive integration with some other forms that I've got out there and they WORK. Not sure why it doesn't like Morning Mentoring.

    Hello @antonyseppi

    I have checked your PDF Editor again.

    The PDF report is the PDF template named "New Document".

    Upon checking it, I found that none of the fields are being filled, which means that the issue is prior to the Google Drive integration.

    1612470312_601c5828cba5a_Peek 2021-02-04Please create a new PDF Document following these steps:

    1. With the PDF Editor page open, click the ➕NEW PDF tab.

    2. Select the NEW PDF FORM option.

    Make sure that after this procedure you edit the Google Drive integration to replace the old template with the newly generated PDF document.
