I am unable to log into my account. I select the forgot password link and request a password reset be sent to my email. I do not receive a password reset email from Jotform. I checked my Inbox, Spam folder and other folders but never receive the email. Please help me reset my password via email. Thank you.

We apologize for inconvenience. It appears that you haven't created an account yet. You my sign up first using your email account at https://www.jotform.com/signup
The password reset option will only work on existing JotForm account.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.

I checked from our backend, email address aroberts@lswo.com is now associated with a JotForm account named LoneStarWinds created on February 03, 2021
You can now reset you password by following the steps mentioned here https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password
