Hello! I am embedding this form: https://form.jotform.com/210276951304047 on this page on my website: https://www.territhayerbookcoaching.com/new-intake-form
I originally had my logo at the top of my form, but decided I would rather embed the form on my website so I removed it. Even after deleting the logo, the form still appears on the embedded page and the the form url.
Troubleshooting I have completed:
- Deleted the embedded code and recopied/pasted it
- Looked at the page on different browsers and devices
- Cleared my cache, restarted my computer and my browser
- Deleted the logo from the Uploaded Images list
How can I remove the logo from the embedded form?

Hi,
You can remove the current theme which would reset the colors and CSS of your form but should fix the issue.
I have applied it to this form right here: https://form.jotform.com/210336951521954
You can also try cloning my form and embedding it into your website.
