Question about your service

Hello -

I am working on a website for a client who does commercial lending and need to create a forms that has three actions.

First is standard - the data needs to go to my clients email -

The form is a series of questions - based on the prospects answers they will be directed to an approval page or a non approval page.

Will I be able to create this form function with your platform?

I think JotForm can handle what you need.

You can add notification and autoresponder email to your form. In this way, the form owner will receive an email alert and the user who submits the form will receive a copy of the submission.
