It looks like your premium subscription was cancelled for a reason I cannot be sure of. A possible cause might be that your Paypal account did not have enough funds when your subscription period lapsed.
I have reverted your account back to free status. You can reinstate your subscription by upgrading. Go to this page to select your plan and payment method.
