How to make notes in a completed submission

I'm wondering if there is a way to make notes on each individual section of a form after it has already been completed by the client, and without my notes being sent to them as updates? I know that I can edit the submission, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking to see how I can add my own notes beside their answers, so that I can have my analysis of the intake alongside their answers for when I speak to them. Is this possible?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

You could create a new column in the corresponding Tables for your Notes for each submission like so:

And then you can edit the cells in the Notes column per submission: unless you share your Tables view, your respondents won't be able to see your Notes:

Would this be what you're looking for? We await your response.

    Hi there
It looks like in theory this would work, but I don't see the option you're
showing me. Here is (one of) the forms I would like to be able to add notes
    to: https://form.jotform.com/201813990316050
Where do I go to add the table that is hidden?
    Thanks,
    Cayla

Hello Cayla - You can click + ADD and then select either Short Text or Long Text from the Basic tab as your Notes column.
