Forms won't submit

    Many of our customers have informed us that they are not able to complete our scheduling forms. They get to the screen where the next step is the "review and submit" button, but when they click the button, nothing happens.

    We don't have any issues when we try it, so we believe it is an issue with their web browser settings. Is there something specific we can suggest to people to change on their end to get it to work?

    Greetings,

    To clarify, do you mean when they click on the "review and submit" button it doesn't show the summary of the form?

    I tested your form and the button seems to work fine.

    It would be great if you can gather more information from your customers like what browser were they using when the issue occurred? and if they can provide more details about the issue that would be great as well.

    Also, I have cleared your form's cache from our server as a precaution.
