How to add the ability to purchase different sizes of the same product on the one order form

I have created an apparel order form for our local junior football club https://form.jotform.com/210332919079053

but I need the ability for people to order multiple quantities of the same item, ie. one size 12 hoodie and one size 6 hoodie for families with multiple children.

Also for these items there is the optional extra to add their names printed on the garment for an additional cost and this needs to be available for the multiple items too. Ie. one size 12 hoodie with ‘Jake’ printed and one size 6 hoodie with ‘Lachie’.

are you able to advise if this is possible and how I would do it please?

It is possible through Product List. Kindly refer to the following demo I have created from cloning your form: 210337965446966

If this is acceptable for you, you will need to use Old Default Theme as the current Theme, and you will need to turn on Create Sub Product from Options on every Product.

Or, you can clone the demo form above and customized it accordingly.

Unfortunately, it may not be possible. As an alternative, you may consider adding Long Text widget instead.

on the apparel ordering form I’ve created are we able to add inventory, ie. so we know we only have a certain number of an item, when people are ordering they know how many there are?

Hi Jodie,

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to add product quantity limits to the Product List. However, you may consider using our Inventory widget instead if you wished to show the quantity limit to the user.
