How to copy products

    Hi there,

I am trying to set up a form for a retail inventory stock take that can correspond to our Point of Sale system.

I need each SKU (product) to be one form submission, but some products have multiple variants e.g. colours: blue, green, yellow; size: small, medium large.

Is there a way to have the form duplicate previous answers to save me typing out the same information again except for the variants?

    Thanks

Just to confirm, you want users to only be able to select one product in your form?

If yes, you can add the Product List field then disable Users Can Select Multiple Product.

If you are referring to something else, kindly clarify it further.

On your Product List field, simply add the variants as options.

Within your Product List field, simply click on the gear icon and select duplicate so you'll have another product with the same details then you could just customize other details/options in it.
