What the share access settings do?

Hello I sent a question in earlier today and it was not answered to my needs .

When you go to send off your form to someone in the invite by email section from the direct link of your form section. Beside where you go to place the email address to whoever you are sending your form to , there is a drop down with 3 options - Submit & View . Submit & View Later . Submit & Edit later

Can you please tell me what these mean or provide me with a link better explaining to me what these 3 options allow the person receiving the form permission to do.

Hopefully my explanation is sufficient I also attached a screen shot of what section I am talking about .

If you click the dropdown arrow, you can actually see an explanation of what permission you are giving with your sharee.

It's more of a access limit of what your invites can do.
