Account doesn't seem to be working

    I emailed a number of hours ago about a virtual assistant I have helping me create jot forms and have not received a response. I just went into creating one myself and my account doesn't seem to be working. I really need to get this fix ASAP.

    I have checked the account linked to the email address you are contacting us from (Erica_Palmisano) and it has an active status.
