    I see that you have added a product in your form: 210204689436153. Could you kindly clarified what you mean by payment plan? Would you like to create an installment payment? It is possible by using the recurring payment option as a workaround.

    Or, do you want to provide other/multiply payment option? It is possible by creating few forms and embed them into the main form.

    Hi! Thank you so much for this response. One of these options might work. To give you more clarity, I am hosting a 5-week online series, but want to give people the option to do a payment plan via 3 payments or 2 payments to make it easier for them. So it wouldn't be recurring, necessarily. So maybe it's a multiple payment form? Do you agree?

    Thank you for clarifying your use case.

    I think this depends on how you want to set up the payments. For example, if your customer chooses 2 payments, do you want the second payment to be charged automatically from the user at a later time, or do you want the user to complete it manually at their timing?

    If you want to charge the users automatically at a later time (for example charge the second payment after 2 weeks), recurring payments is the choice for you. However, if you want your customers to come back to your form (or to another form) to complete the second payment, you can use multiple forms.
