Account not found

    When I go to the login page and enter my username and password, it says "login successful" but then once "logged in" none of my forms are visible, it says "no forms" and at the top menu, it still says "login" as as option. Usually there is also an icon in the top menu that if I click on it, it will display my account name/info. There is no icon present and the option to login in still there. It seems like it is saying I am logged into my account, but I am not actually. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    Also, I have tried logging back in or trying from a different browser and I am still having the same difficulty.

    Upon checking, this email is not registered yet with Jotform. Can you please verify if you are using the correct email?

    I was able to see an account with the email address

    As per checking, the account was locked due to too many failed login attempts.

    I have now unlocked it and flushed your login attempts.
