Submitted Form not received and Google Sheet Integration not updated.

Good Day,

I want to raise the ff concerns:

1. we did not received the submitted data from our forms despite the fact that the thank you message was already shown.
2. Google sheet is not updated, some of the submitted data where not in the integrated google sheet form, I always have to re-integrate the google sheet for it to become updated.

Also, please note that we highly discourage modifying the integrated Google Sheets as it may break the integration.

We also encounter the same problem from our other forms.

Regarding the google sheet integration, we did not modify the integrated Google Sheet file but still some of the data were lost. I just want to ask what's the best thing to do to solve this problem.

I checked the form and can see that the first 2 fields are read-only, as such, I am uncertain how are your users submitting this form.

Would you mind sharing the complete workflow of your form?

Meanwhile, I checked the form's Google Sheet integration and it looks like you have not re-integrated it as it is still using the old Google Sheet integration.

Kindly remove the Google Sheet integration and re-integrate.

It is read-only because it is connected from other form, the data of that two fields are from the other form.
