My form is deleted

the form that I've been working on is deleted. I did not delete the form and it's not in the trash. Please advise on how I can retrieve the form. it took me hrs to create it

I've checked your history and I do not see any records of form deletion. Do you have another account with us? Or do you have your form URL?
