Transferring PDF of the submitted form

    Hello I have connected Jotform to Google Sheets - all data gets transferred there and the attachments are connected to Google Drive Folder - however question is:

    1. How can I get e PDF of the filled form to automatically save in the google folder? (These forms are PHI/HIPPA complaint - so the PDF it saves is only like 1 field thats not PHI - the Google drive folder is HIPPA compliant)
    2. How can I have the PDF emailed to a gmail account when someone submits the form? THe gmail account is also HIPPA compliant.

    > You are still able to get the PDF attachment into google drive, if you wish to include fields that are PHI you may need to sign a BAA with Google: https://www.jotform.com/blog/is-google-drive-hipaa-compliant/.

    Thank you.

    If we use the Random Value Generator to generate a unique random ID for our forms - will it generate a random number across multiple different forms in the account? I know Unique ID does not work because it does not generate unique ID across multiple forms in data entry we would end up with multiple entries from different forms with the same Unique ID.
