Notification mail is missing

    Dear Support Team,

    can you please explain why the submission ID 4868233231117309026 was never sent to the email addresses specified? All other submissions seem to be good so far, we are still in the process of double-checking on them.

    Another anomaly with the same form, as well as with the one our clients use most (https://eu.jotform.com/build/200904191897865) is the following:

    it often (not always!) happens that SOME/ALL of the attachments are not emailed, even when the total combined size is UNDER the 5 MB limit.

    Please double check and kindly fix the issue.

    Thank you for reaching Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form. As a result, I was not able to replicate your issue. This issue might be temporary. The notification mail is working as expected.

    If your issue still persists please reach us back, so we can escalate your requests to our developers.
