Hello,
I have been locked out of my account. I believe this is because I tried to remove my encryption key from one of my forms.

It seems your account indigotaxprep was auto suspended by our phishing detector due to your form https://www.jotform.com/form/210325084089049 which is collecting banking information .
To lift the suspension in your account, we would have to delete the guilty fields in your form.
It seems your form doesn't have any submission data yet, I have deleted the guilty fields and lifted the suspension in your account.
Also, it seems you're collecting ID's and SSN in your form.
If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your customers, then you need to comply with two things:
1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.
2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
3. Otherwise, you must enable form encryption on your form if you need to gather critical personal information
We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid being flagged again by our phishing detector that can lead to another account suspension.

Here's a sample corporate email: vincent@jotform.com or yourname@company.com
