this form just stop working and when I login to Tjmorgan@azentrepreneursllc.net I dont know where the 5 forms i created from yesterday went or how they arent in the created forms list at all. the links in my search history from yesterday arent working like the one above please advise

Your account was suspended since it was asking for sensitive information (eg: credit card) which is against our Terms Of Use.
Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular fields. Should you wish to collect payments, kindly use one of our payment processors.
If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, kindly follow this guide: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization
I have removed the offending fields on your form and reactivated your account. Please refrain from making new forms that are against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.

that possible i had the account one night and did all of my
integrations even with stripe or I began to and didnt get the chance to
finish

Are you still facing any issues logging into your account?
Your account was earlier suspended because your form was using plain form fields to collect credit card information.
Using the Stripe payment field is not against our Terms of use and is the authorized approach of collecting payments from your customers.
