Hello,
our clients can't see the form correctly,
and from our side also we are having issues loging in and viewing the form.
Can you help please?

I checked your form and it's displaying just fine.
Based on your screenshot, it looks like the form did not fully load probably due to slow internet connection.
As for your account, I can see that it is currently in good standing. If you are having issues logging in, kindly reset your password first.

Unfortunately we still have the same issue.
We just got a message from a client saying that she can't fill the form. I'm attaching the screenshots. We have been having this same issue with many other clients. Please we need assistance.

I checked your form and it is also displaying just fine on my end.
See the image below.
It would be great if you can confirm to your customer what operating system and browser is she using when she got the display issue on your form so that we can test it on our end and see if we can replicate the issue.
In addition to that, I have cleared your form's cache from our server in an attempt to fix the issue. Kindly ask your users to fill out the form again to see if the issue still persists..
